Michael Barden, MTI and Director/Instructor

Mr. Barden began his career as a massage therapist in Florida in 1987. Michael is desiginated as a Massage Therapy Instructor (MTI) by the Arkansas State Board of Masdsage Therapy. He is the owner/director and main instructor for the school. A master's degree in physical education based on 48 years of personal athletic experience along with 18 years of coaching swimming and 8 years of teaching Yoga has provided a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Michael's opinions on functional anatomy, bio-mechanics and exercise physiology have attracted runners, tri-athletes, dancers, actors and yoga students, all seeking a higher level of human performance
