• Completed Admissions Application
• Be 18 years or older
• Supply a high school diploma, GED or college transcript
• NO Felony Conviction or Misdemeanor for Prostitution
• Have a valid driver's licensed or personal identification
• Submit a signed enrollment agreement with THREE letters of reference

Please note: references must be from employers, teachers, church administrators, ect. (not from family or friends). Your references must be willing to stake their reputations on you.

• Submit a signed physician's statement ~ this statement must acknowledge that moderate to strenuous exercise is appropriate for this student and this student is free from communicable or contagious diseases.
• Submit a negative TB skin test
• Submit negative Drug Screen results

600 Hour Curriculum

Course fees include tuition, books: $4,900.00

Students may select from one of the following methods of payment:

Payment Plan #1: 

Pay in full receive $500 discount = $4,400

$4,400 must be paid in full on or before the first day of class to receive discount.  

Payment Plan #2:  

 $2,450 due on or before the first day of class

  $367 per month for remaining term

6 month payout receive $250 discount = $4,650

Payment Plan #3:

$1000 due on or before the first day of class  

7 month program: = $350 per month for 5 months

11 month program: = $350 per month for 9 months

Payments are due by the first of the month. Delinquent payment(s) will result in the student NOT being admitted to class.   

All fees and payments must be paid in full before transcripts or diplomas will be awarded.
